COACHES INFORMATION

1.   PLEASE NOTE:  Teams should check in with the tournament director in the Clinton Building until noon, Saturday at the Recreation Complex 30 minutes prior to their first game, even if your game is at a different location.  This building is on Campanella Drive in the Recreation Complex just south of the lake.  It is on your map and easy to find.  If you are checking in after 12:00, please go to the main concession stand area by Field 3.

 2.  A PLAYER MAY ONLY PLAY WITH ONE TEAM DURING THE COURSE OF THE TOURNAMENT.

 3.  Any roster changes from that submitted prior to the tournament should be made in writing to the tournament director, prior to your first game.

4.  Hand balls will be called only if the referee is convinced that it is deliberate.

5.  Referees will have game report sheets which must be signed by each coach, and the referees, and turned in to the tournament scorekeeper.  Please verify that the score on the game report sheet is correct, as goals allowed and/or goal differentials may be needed as a tie breaker , and “if you sign it, that means you agree with it.”

6.  Please call Phil Black (573)471-3300 (work) or (573)471-4325 (home) with any questions.

7.  Please note – Tournament officials may be contacted at the registration area on game days by calling (573) 380-1347.

8.  Please review your rules and inform parents that they are to be on the opposite sides of the field from the teams during games  (i.e. both teams will be on the same side of field with both sets of fans on the other side), and not behind the goal lines.

9.  You will receive program books when you check your team in.  They will have maps and schedules in them.

10.  Please remind parents that we will provide nondenominational church services. The times and location will be listed in their program books.
