Note:  You may have up to 14 players on rosters for grades K-4, and 14 trophies will be given for first and second place in grades 1-4 (awards will be given to all Kindergarten teams and 1^st & 2^nd grade teams not receiving trophies).  You may have up to 18 players on rosters for grades 5-12, however only 16 trophies will be given for first and second place.

All teams (except in the 9-12 division) entered in this tournament must have the signatures of the head coach and the affiliated league’s President to certify the players’ correct eligibilities as well as the correct level of play for any team entered into the B divisions.
